Beyond burlesque is featured on Rock n Roll Brides blogsite
Yes Whoop Whoop! The winter wonderland shoot I had with the amazing photographer David Angel is being featured by Kat on her rock and roll blogsite.
The Evil Queen wearing the Helena gown was played by the talented Ms Anita de Bauch and the lovely laura Jeli played Alice the sweet.Amazing head gear loaned by Jess Eaton at Road kill Couture.
The setting was Hampstead Heath although it was supposed to be the secret Garden.It turned into a very happy accident that the garden pergola gates were locked up with a sign saying closed due to diverse weather conditions!The twisted knarly trees of the Hampstead heath became David Angel’s back drop(So Tim Burton Dharling.)

I believe that avoiding refined foods may be the first step to lose weight. They will often taste very good, but processed foods have got very little nutritional value, making you take more just to have enough power to get over the day. In case you are constantly having these foods, converting to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will help you have more strength while feeding on less. Great blog post.
